Hanbyeokdang Pavilion

Jeonju, South Korea

About Hanbyeokdang Pavilion

Hanbyeokdang is a Joseon riverside pavilion above the Jeonjucheon, long used for scholarly gatherings with cliff and water views. Stone steps climb to a timber hall looking across toward hanok roofs and fortress-era landmarks. Visit in late afternoon when the river valley softens and temple roofs catch side light.
