Fortress Hill Veles

Veles (Macedonian: Велес [ˈvɛlɛs] ) is a city in the central part of North Macedonia on the Vardar river. The city of Veles is the seat of Veles Municipality.

Kilkis (Greek: Κιλκίς; Bulgarian and Macedonian: Кукуш) is a city in Central Macedonia, Greece. As of 2021, there were 24,130 people living in the city proper, 27,493 people living in the municipal unit, and 45,308 in the municipality of Kilkis.

The Battle of Krivolak (in Bulgarian: Криволашко сражение, Битка при Криволак) was a World War I battle, fought between 21 October and 22 November 1915. It was fought in the initial stage of the Macedonian campaign, in the Balkans Theatre.

The Transportation Center Skopje, or Skopje railway station (Macedonian: Транспортен центар Скопје; Albanian: Qendra transportuese e Shkupit / Macedonian: Железничка станица Скопје; Albanian: Stacioni hekurudhor i Shkupit) is the main central passenger railway station and bus terminal in the Republic of North Macedonia capital Skopje. It was built after the 1963 Skopje earthquake that destroyed the original station buildings, and much of the city.
