Soomaa National Park (Estonian: Soomaa rahvuspark) is a national park in south-western Estonia. Soomaa ("land of bogs") protects 390 km2, the park was created in 1993.

Matsalu National Park (previously Matsalu Nature Reserve, Estonian: Matsalu rahvuspark, often just Matsalu) is a nature reserve and national park in the Lääne and Pärnu counties of Estonia. Matsalu National Park spans an area of 486.

Vilsandi National Park (Estonian: Vilsandi rahvuspark) is a marine protected area in Saaremaa Parish, Saare County, Estonia. It includes part of the island of Vilsandi, a number of smaller islands and adjacent parts of western Saaremaa including the Harilaid peninsula.

Karula National Park is a national park in southern Estonia. It was established in 1979 as a protected area and in 1993 became a national park.

Alutaguse National Park (Estonian: Alutaguse rahvuspark) is a national park in eastern Estonia, established in 2018. The park lies mostly on the Alutaguse Lowland.

Otepää Landscape Conservation Area (or Otepää Nature Park) is a nature park situated in Valga County, Estonia. Its area is 22 209 ha.

Endla Nature Reserve is a nature reserve situated in central Estonia. The Endla nature reserve protects a fresh-water system of mires, bogs, springs and rivulets.

Panga Cliff (Estonian: Panga pank; also Mustjala Cliff, Mustjala pank) is a coastal cliff located on the northern shore of Saaremaa, at the end of the road from Kuressaare to Võhma, close to the village of Panga. It is the highest of the Saaremaa and Muhu cliffs, reaching a height of 20 meters (66 ft).

Viru Bog is a bog in Harju County, Estonia within Lahemaa National Park. The area of the bog is 235 ha.
