Pristina

The Newborn Monument (NEWBORN) is a typographic sculpture and tourist attraction in Pristina, Kosovo. Located in front of the Palace of Youth and Sports, the monument was unveiled on 17 February 2008, the day that Kosovo formally declared its independence from Serbia.

The National Library of Kosovo (Albanian: Biblioteka Kombëtare e Kosovës; Serbian: Народна библиотека Косова, romanized: Narodna biblioteka Kosova) is the highest library institution in Kosovo established by the Assembly and is located in Pristina. The mission of the library is to collect, preserve, promote and make accessible the documentary and intellectual heritage of Kosovo.

The Heroinat Memorial (HEROINAT) (Albanian: Memoriali Heroinat) is a typographic sculpture and tourist attraction in Pristina, Kosovo. The memorial is placed in a park in downtown Pristina, in one of Prishtina's most central and frequented areas, in front of Newborn monument.

The Ethnological Treasure of Kosovo is an ethnographic museum in Pristina, Kosovo. It is located in the Emin Gjiku Complex, a monument of culture from the 18th century.

The Cathedral of Saint Mother Teresa (Albanian: Katedralja Shën Nënë Tereza) is a Roman Catholic cathedral in Pristina, Kosovo. In 2007, the Government of Kosovo approved plans for the building.

Gjergj Kastrioti (also known as Skanderbeg; c.  1405 – 17 January 1468) was an Albanian nobleman and military leader who led the League of Lezhë in the Ottoman-Albanian Wars until his death.

Germia Park (Albanian: Parku i Gërmisë; Serbian: Парк Грмија, romanized: Park Grmija) is a regional park located in the northeast of Pristina, Kosovo, and covers an area of 62 square kilometres (24 sq mi). Its highest point, Butos Peak, is 1050 meters above sea level and its lowest 663 meters above sea level.

The Great Hammam of Pristina (Albanian: Hamami i madh i Prishtinës; Serbian: Велики хамам у Приштини / Veliki hamam u Prištini; Turkish: Fatih Sultan Mehmet Han Hamamı) is an Ottoman-era monument in Pristina, Kosovo. It was built in the 15th century and was part of the Imperial Mosque.

The Kosovo Museum (Albanian: Muzeu i Kosovës; Serbian: Музеј Косова / Muzej Kosova) is the national museum of Kosovo, located in the city of Pristina. Established by Yugoslav authorities in 1949, this is the largest museum in Kosovo.

Historical monuments in Pristina are made up of 21 monuments out of a total of 426 protected monuments all over Kosovo. A large number of these monuments date back to the Byzantine and Ottoman periods.
